All changes to a cabana must be completed by December 31.
This includes anyone leaving a cabana or a spot that needs to be filled.
Driftwood will fill all empty spots by January 15. No exceptions.
Cabana deposit refunds will NOT be given after January 1. *Management reserves the right to close the club during the regular season due to severe weather issues. *
These circumstances are beyond our control and there will be no refunds
Payment breakdown per family for the season (full size cabanas):
4 family split - $5,220 per family / 3 payments of $1,740
3 family split - $6,960 per family / 3 payments of $2,320
2 family split - $10,440 per family / 3 payments of $3,480
1 family - $20,880 / 3 payments of $6,960
Payments are due by the following dates:
October 1, 2012
January 14, 2013
April 15, 2013
There will be a $100.00 returned check fee and a $150.00 late fee charged for any payments received after the above dates. There will be no reminder phone calls or letters for payments. If either the January 14th or April 15th payment is not received within 21 days of either date, a letter will be sent out thanking you for being a member and we will alert your cabana mates of the opening.
Each Full Size Cabana must be occupied according to the following:
- Four Family split: One listed “Responsible Member” for each family plus two “Family Guest Passes” for each family
- Three Family split: One listed “Responsible Member” for each family plus three “Family Guest Passes” for each family
- Two Family split: Two listed “Responsible Members” for each family plus four “Family Guest Passes” for each family
- Single Family: Two listed “Responsible Members” plus ten “Family Guest Passes”

One member must be listed as the “Responsible Member” for each Beach Cabana.
Only one member can be listed as the “Responsible Member”.
The “Responsible Member” will be solely responsible for full payment. Payment cannot be split among other members in the Beach Cabana.
Only the “Responsible Member” can establish a charge account with the club.
Each Portable Beach Cabana will be entitled to five Beach Cabana guest passes.
Beach Cabana guest passes are not transferrable.

* Management reserves the right to close the club during the regular season due to severe weather issues.
We also reserve the right to remove Beach Cabanas from the beach because of severe weather concerns
prior to the end of the scheduled season.
These circumstances are beyond our control and there will be no refunds.

Guest Passes
Rates for guest passes and guest books:
Weekday Pass - $20
Weekday Book (10 passes) - $180
Weekend/Holiday Pass - $25
Weekend/Holiday Book (10 passes) - $225
Evening Pass - $11
Evening Book (10 passes)- $100
Combo Book - $315
(10 Weekday Passes and 6 Weekend/Holiday)
Only members are allowed to purchase the Gold Book. Gold Book $750.00 (50 passes).
Gold Book Passes are good for any day except Opening Party and Member Appreciations Day.
Gold Book Passes will be marked “Valid for 2012/2013 Season Only”.
All guest books and guest passes are not transferrable.
All people using Family Guest Passes must be called in on the day the pass is to be used by the “Responsible Member” for
that family. Family guest passes are not to be transferred among other families in the same cabana or in other cabanas.
Driftwood will not open cabanas for guests.
* Guests 4 years of age and older pay full guest fees. No refunds will be given for unused quest passes. A credit slip will be issued if valid and applicable. Only listed members may purchase and present guest passes.
