No Member shall engage in any activities which constitute violations of local, state or federal law.

No Member shall bring, distribute or use any illegal substance or drugs on the premises.  Violation of these provisions will result in immediate and automatic expulsion of any member and possible prosecution!

The consumptions of Alcoholic beverages by minors is illegal and prohibited on Driftwood Cabana Club property.  Any member or guest found in violation of this policy will be immediately expelled and their membership will be revoked.

Any former member expelled as a result of a violation of any Club rule or regulation may not thereafter use the club facilities as a guest on in any other capacity unless specifically authorized by the management

Any former staff member whose employment was terminated as a result of the violation of Club policies/rules may not thereafter us the Club facilities as a guest or in any other capacity unless specifically authorized by the management.

Children under the age of 18 are NOT permitted to use the Hot Tub.  Anyone found in violation of this rule will be expelled from the Club for the remainder of the date of the offense.  This is necessary for the safety of the children in an unguarded body of water.

An ADULT must accompany children under the age of 16 on the Driftwood Cabana Club property.

Any Members allowing unpaid guests into their cabana or deck will be subject to suspension of their privileges.  ALL GUESTS MUST ENTER THROUGH THE MAIN OFFICE!

Please be considerate of your cabana mates.  Please keep your deck area neat and clean.  ALL INFLATABLE TOYS MUST BE STORED IN CABANAS WHEN MEMBERS ARE NOT PRESENT!  All beach chairs must be hung on their chair racks.  Deck furniture and other belongings must be kept in your own cabana area.

Removal of light bulbs by members or guests is PROHIBITED.  Please contact the Service Desk for assistance.
