* Guests 4 years of age and older pay full guest fees.  No refunds will be given for unused quest passes.  A credit slip will be issued if valid and applicable.  Only listed members may purchase and present guest passes.
 


PARKING

  • Parking is prohibited near the Dumpster Bays at the North & South  sections of the Lot as well as the South end driveway.

  • Members are urged to carpool on busy weekends & holidays.  Parking is limited and we wish to avoid delays entering and exiting the club.

  • DO NOT park in disabled spaces unless vehicle is properly marked.  Management reserves the right to limit parking in specific areas.

  • Illegally parked cars will be towed and/ or ticketed.

Valet Parking

  • Available Monday - Thursday 10am to 5pm.

  • Friday, Sunday and Holidays 10am to 8pm.

  • Keys will be left at the Service Desk after these hours.

  • Please do not leave your Membership ID Cards on your Valet Parking Keys.

  • The Club reserves the right to alter the hours as needed.

  • Pull up to the Valet booth, do not drop off passengers in the driveway or block or impede traffic.

  • Cars will be locked unless otherwise instructed.  We are not responsible for items left in cars or damages to vehicle unless caused by an employee.

  • VALET ONLY doubled spaces located along the sea wall on the south side of the clubhouse are for attendants use only.

Towel Service

  • Ten towels per full size Cabana and five towels per single family Cabana may be signed out at the beginning of the season.  That same person is responsible for the return of all the towels at the end of the 2004 season.

  • Soiled towels MUST be turned into the Towel Booth in order for fresh ones to be issued

  • The Towel booth is located near the Service Desk.

  • The Booth is open from 10am to 6pm.

  • A MAXIMUM of ten/five fresh towels per day may be exchanged per cabana

  • Do not send young children to exchange towels.

  • Towels will not be accepted at the Service Desk.

  • Sorry, towels will NOT be picked up or delivered to cabanas.

  • Towel form available at Service Desk.

    Tennis

Weekdays:10am to 9pm
Weekends: 10am to 11pm
(by reservation)

  • Court time may be booked up to 24 hrs. in advance.

  • Reservations are limited to 1 hour per family per day.

  • Please give 12 hrs. notice for the cancellation of lessons and/or court reservations if possible.

  • Children under 12 may not reserve weekdays between the hours of 10:30am and 12:30pm unless accompanied by an adult.  Children may play if no court time is reserved.

  • Additional booking information, signup sheets and the keys to the courts are available at the Service Desk.

  • Our Tennis Courts may be utilized for TENNIS ONLY.  No other sports or games allowed.

  • NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES with the exception of water, is allowed in the courts.

  • Only those wearing proper tennis apparel and shoes may participate.

  • No black soled shoes, street or running shoes allowed on the courts.

  • Shirts must be worn at all times.

Club Property
Please leave club property such as tables, benches, barbecues, umbrellas and the like where the club has placed them.  Lounge chairs are for use on a "first come, first served" basis.  Please be considerate of the other members and do not reserve chairs for members who will be arriving later.  When you will not be occupying the chairs for a period of time, please remove towels and personal items so that others may use them.

Hot Tub
For health and safety reasons, the hot tub may only be used by members and quests over the age of 18.  Avoid loss of privileges and keep small children out of the tub.  Also, please refrain from bringing breakable items into the tub or tub area.

POOL FOR SMALL CHILDREN
Parents are responsible for watching their children at all times, especially when using the Kiddy Pool and other pool facilities at the club.  There is NO LIFEGUARD at the Kiddy Pool.  Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear cloth diapers and or rubber pants.  Be advised the use of paper-type diapers (Pampers) is not permitted as these will disintegrate in the water and will inhibit the efficiency of the pool filtering systems.  Cloth diapers covered by rubber pants are the best alternative.


SWIM TEAM
The goal of the Driftwood Swim Team is to instill in children an understanding of teamwork, competitiveness, self-discipline and team spirit as well as enjoyment.  We cannot run meets without the involvement of the swim team parents as judges, timers, etc.  Parent participation is greatly appreciated by the Driftwood staff as well as swimmers.  Head Coach for the 2004 season will be Crystal Irwin, assisted by Sean Sullivan.  The swim team is open to members between the ages of 5 and 17.
Prerequisites for team participation are:

  • Children 8 and under must be able to swim the length of the 25 yard pool

  • Children 9 and over must be able to swim 2 lengths of the 25 yard pool as well as be familiar with one additional swim stroke

Registration Fees:
First child in family      $75.00
2nd child in family       $65.00
3rd Child or additional  $55.00
Registration fees cover the cost of swim team shirts, ribbons, trophies, team photo, staffing and end of season party

PRACTICE
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
4:00 to 5:00 pm youngest group
5:00 to 6:00pm middle group
6:00 to 7:00pm  oldest group
