Portable Beach Cabanas         $   8,625.00

*Depending on beach erosion, there is a slight possibility that your present

 portable cabana will not be in the same location in 2008. *

Corporate Cabanas                 $ 21,960.00 

Payments are due by the following dates: 

October   2, 2007

January 15, 2008

April     15, 2008

There will be a $50.00 returned check fee and a $50.00 late fee charged for any payments received after the above dates. There will be no reminder phone calls or letters for payments. If a payment is not on time, a letter will be sent out thanking you for being a member and we will alert your cabana mates of the opening.

Breakdown per family for the season

4 family split - $ 4,740.00 per family / 3 payments of $ 1,580.00

3 family split - $ 6,320.00 per family / 3 payments of $ 2,106.67

2 family split - $ 9,480.00 per family / 3 payments of $ 3,160.00

1 family -        $ 18,960.00                 / 3 payments of $ 6,320.00
